THE BASICS

All Glamask products are dispatched from our warehouse in Australia within 24-48 hours after receiving your order. 

* Important shipping update: all orders placed between 13 July - 6 August 2023 will be shipped on 7 August 2023.

Australia

  • FREE EXPRESS shipping on all orders over AUD $40
  • For orders under AUD $40, a flat rate of AUD $5 is charged at checkout
  • All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Express
  • End-to-end milestone tracking on all orders

International

  • FREE shipping on all orders over AUD $40 (or equivalent local currency)
  • For orders under AUD $40, a flat rate of AUD $10 (or equivalent local currency) is charged at checkout
  • All international orders are shipped via DHL
  • End-to-end milestone tracking on all orders

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, the following shipping times will apply*:

  • Australia – 1-2 business days
  • New Zealand – 3-5 business days
  • UK – 3-5 business days
  • China & Hong Kong – 5-7 business days
  • Rest of Asia Pacific – 5-12 business days
  • US & Canada – 6-10 business days
  • Europe – 5-12 business days
  • Rest of World – 9-16 business days

All deliveries to areas outside major cities (eg. rural areas), or where the item is dutiable in the destination country or held at customs, may take longer.

All orders to Papua New Guinea, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates require delivery to a PO Box address. 

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we currently do not ship to Crimea, Cuba, Guatemala, Iran, North Korea, Sudan (North) and Syria.

* Please note that, due to COVID, shipping on orders to locations outside of Australia may take longer than the estimates provided. Shipping within Australia is not impacted. Rest assured that our Warehouse team has not been impacted and is continuing to dispatch orders without delay.

PRE-SALE

If your order contains both pre-sale and in-stock items, we will not dispatch your delivery until all items are in stock. Please email hello@glamask.com if you would like to make alternative arrangements.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND CHARGES

Depending on where you live, you may be responsible for any charges that may apply to you from your local customs office or relevant government agency. These costs are outside our control.

It is also your responsibility to ensure that you can import Glamask products.

Please familiarise yourself with your country’s local customs duties and charges prior to placing an order with us.

If additional charges apply and you refuse to pay, your order will be returned to us. Provided the products are in their original condition, Glamask will refund the cost of your purchase (less any shipping costs).
